Full Signal is a trade name operated by Khalid Khalil. All references to “Full Signal” in these Terms refer to Khalid Khalil, sole proprietor.

Full Signal provides done-for-you lead response systems, including custom chat assistants, missed call text-back, automated appointment booking, and CRM pipeline management, to local service businesses. Service terms, deliverables, and payment details are outlined separately at the time of engagement.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content, or in any manner that could damage or impair the Site's functionality.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Full Signal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While our systems are designed to improve lead response rates and appointment bookings, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results will vary depending on your business type, lead volume, and how the system is configured and used.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is processed via a secure third-party payment link. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at khalid@getfullsignal.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

11. SMS Communications

Khalid Khalil DBA Full Signal provides automated SMS messaging services to contacts who have opted in via our website form. Non-marketing messages include missed call text-back responses, appointment reminders, lead follow-up communications, and service-related updates. Marketing messages include promotional communications about special offers, discounts, and service updates.

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 862-415-1612. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and service inquiries. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
